Frequently Asked Questions

The TEN Academy is an online platform for individuals with autism and their families/ carers.

We are based online, but we have future plans to open centres.

We currently offer PACT (Paediatric Autism Communication Therapy). Please see the therapy tab for more information. We will continue to add to our training.

We will post any events on the homepage of our website and on social media.

You can find our policies on our “About Us” tab.

The difference between the packages is the number of video calls you can have with your assigned Education Support member.

We are currently assigning our team to you. If you have any issues with your Education Support member, then please contact us at info@thetenacademy

Unfortunately, we cannot add your unused credits to the following month.

Contact info@thetenacademy.com, and we will be able to put you in contact with the right person or provide you with the information you need.

You cancel your membership from your profile on the portal.

You can talk to your Education Support about the workload. You should have their email address, but do bear in mind that they may not be able to provide more work until the following week.

We will contact you once your parcel has been dispatched. The time may vary due to the courier.

You should have received a tracking number, if you cannot see your order then please email us.

Your therapist may have a specific time frame in when you cancel. You will be able to cancel your session through your portal.

You are able to submit work via your portal on your work tab.

You will receive work every week on a Wednesday and will also receive a weekly update from your Education Support member.

You will be charged once your first week of work has been released to you. This will be on Wednesday.

You can do this via your portal on payment methods.

Please contact your bank if you are experiencing issues with your card.
